Upon arriving at Gateway Inn, you’ll be welcomed by friendly staff dedicated to ensuring your enjoyment and relaxation. We’re big on “family atmosphere,” and take pride in making every visitor feel like part of our family. Come found out why there’s simply no better place to stay during your Mount Rainier escape!
How do you want to enjoy Mount Rainier?
Gateway Inn offers three lodging options, for three distinct lodging experiences.
Each rustic but well-appointed log cabin provides our flagship Mount Rainier experience for up to six guests. A fireplace and private shower will warm and relax you after a long day exploring the park, while satellite television and basic kitchen appliances (mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker) keep the comforts of home close at hand.
• May-September: $109-$149 per night
• October-April: $99-$129 per night
For those seeking more conventional accommodations, we offer modern motel rooms on the second floor of the inn’s main building. Amenities include a private shower and the same basic kitchen appliances as our hotel rooms, and can likewise accommodate six individuals.
• May-September: $99-$129 per night
• October-April: $89-$109 per night
Finally, for more independent types, Gateway Inn also offers scenic RV sites with both full and partial hook-ups. Service is 30 amps, and sites can accommodate vehicles up to 40 feet in length.
• Full Hook-Up (water, electricity & sewage): $28 per night
• Partial Hook-Up (water & electricity): $18 per night
If you wish to escape from the world for a little while, you’ve found the right place. Just the same, we know there are some conveniences we’d rather not do without. For instance, what Pacific Northwesterner would ever start the day without freshly brewed coffee? And, really, what fun is a campfire without s’mores?
When the ghost stories start, nothing is more comforting around the campfire that a toasty marshmallow (or a relaxing glass of Washington wine, for our more grown-up guests). All the above, as well as fresh food, ready-to-eat snacks, and daily necessities are available in our market.
Gateway Inn takes pride in helping homebodies and rugged adventurers alike feel at ease. When you’ve had your fill of the outdoors, we invite you to enjoy a homemade feast in our restaurant. Guests agree that our homemade burgers and blackberry pie à la mode can’t be beat!
Regional crafts and creations are a great way to remember and share your experience at Mount Rainier National Park, and Gateway Inn’s souvenir and gift shop makes it even easier to do so. We have a wide and changing variety of locally-made products, carefully selected with everyone from the baby to the grandparents in mind.
However, our most famous amenity is our hospitality. We’d love for you and your family to come join ours, whether for one night or several. Give us a call today to reserve your escape to Gateway Inn. We look forward to having you!
